BEFORE REGISTERING

Parents, please DO NOT select a team at random. If your player has not been invited to play for a specific team, you must select UNASSIGNED for your team, then we can assign a team that is not full for your player. Many teams will be full before registration closes. THANK YOU!

BIRTH CERTIFICATES

We require all NEW players to submit a birth certificate to be eligible to play in the league on any existing team. The system only accepts pdf files, so please copy any pictures into a Word document and save it as a pdf file before uploading.

REGISTRATION DETAILS

Registration for our 2026 fall baseball league will begin on July 15 and end Sept 1 for coaches/teams only. Players will still be able to register after that point. Coaches will register your team through our online registration system selcting the 2026 Fall Invitational League. Parents will also register players either to a team they have been invited to play for with an invitation code provided by the coach or to the player waitlist. Waitlisted players will be notified when and if a team has a spot to offer them or new teams will be formed if enough players/coaches are available to create a new team. PARENTS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL BEFORE YOU REGISTER: please note the institution of the "JYB Fall Invitation Only" league this year. Choose this league to register ONLY if your coach has provided you an invitation code to register directly to their team. If you do not have a code, you will register your player in the "JYB 2026 Fall Baseball - Player Waitlist". Fees are not assessed for waitlisted players until a team has been found or created.

FAQs

Can I register an individual player?

We will accept individual player requests but cannot guarantee a team. We will do our best to provide as many players a team as possible. Parents will register players without a team to the waitlist through our online registration portal. There will be no charge for registering to the waitlist.

What if I don't have a team?

Register your player to the waitlist online. This will put your player on a list for the league to potentially find a team for him/her to play on.

What if I'm a coach and don't have enough players?

Coaches may send an email to jenksyouthbaseball@cox.net to let us know your need for players, and we can help fill your team with waitlisted players.

What age do I play for fall?

All players move up in league age after August 1. Whatever age the player will be on April 30, 2027, is the league they will play in for fall. For example, a player that is 8 years old now but turns 9 on (or before) April 30, 2027, must play Kid Pitch 9/10U for fall.

Why do we play on Sundays?

For fall, it's the only day of the week that no other sports are practicing or playing. Many players play football or other fall sports as well.

*We do not typically begin games until noon or sometimes 1:00 PM to accommodate those that attend church on Sunday mornings.

Are uniforms required?

We require all players to have baseball pants/shirts, cleats, and baseball hats. As long as shirts have a number on the back that is different from all other teammates' numbers, matching uniforms are not required.

Will teams be allowed to practice?

We may be able to offer practices on the fields. Coaches will need to contact the league or secure an alternate practice site/location.
