SPRING COACHES MEETING

Times:
• 5:45–7:00 PM — T-Ball, Modified Coach Pitch 6U, Coach Pitch 7U coaches
• 7:30–8:45 PM — Coach Pitch 8U, Modified 9U, All Kid Pitch coaches
Where: Jenks City Hall Community Room
Parking/Entrance: Behind the building near the police department or at the library across the street. Front doors of City Hall are closed and locked during this time.
COACH REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Coaches must register from a mobile device; desktop registration will not work.
Invitational League Registration
Choose this league if you will have a full team. Additional players will NOT be added to Invitational League teams.
After registering as a coach and creating your team, you must send an invitation to yourself through your Sports Pilot portal so you can register to your own team. The invitation is not sent automatically.
To send the invitation:
• Log in to your SportsPilot account
• Select your name and your team
• Choose "Invite Players" from the menu
• Copy the invitation code only and send it to your players, directing them to register through our website or email that link to your parents.
Regular League Registration
Choose this league if you need the league to add players from the unassigned player pool to your team. Players will be assigned once registration has closed.
